F You, Pay Me
Update on Issue with Lawyer:
I told you earlier how my lawyer is trying to cheat me out of my money. I’m owed a nice sum of money and they are still playing dumb. I decided to call up the debtor’s Trustee myself and got a print out of all the payments they cut me and mailed to my lawyer. It of course proves that the amount that I kept saying was missing was sent to my lawyer during the time frame I said checks were sent to them. I also received a copy of the back of one of the checks proving that my lawyer cashed it so it’s unacceptable to say they don’t know where it’s at. I faxed all of that paperwork over along with the statement fraud and of course they called me back saying they are still looking into the situation. I never received a callback before then. It’s bad when you have to threaten legal action on a law firm.
She kept insisting that if I was owed money, I would indeed recieve it….they just have to go through their books. They are soo effing unorganized it’s terrible. First they tell me I’m not owed anymore checks and they don’t know anything about my deficient amount. Secondly, I have proof they forged my name on the front and cashed it so why isn’t there any documentation of this in their books? Why do I have to do the legwork to prove they owe me MY money? This is insane…..
